Kuching is host to the 4th World Masterchefs of Cantonese Cusine where 118 Chefs will battle it out at Aeroville mall over 2 days of hot wok competition. Cantonese cuisine has spread across the globe and participants from 20 countries will be flying in for the occasion and to compete for the crown. Special demos on Sarawak food and a showcase of Sarawak products will complete the event, so drop by to see the steaming of dim sum or the flash of stir fry.
