This publication is the go-to guide for anyone looking to learn more about Kuching’s food and the narrative that underpins Malaysia’s first UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy. Members of the public are invited to come along to meet the team and get a preview of the book. Limited copies will be available for sale along with a range of other food publications currently in the market. Held at Think and Tink, it is also a chance to visit the On Reciprocity exhibition, on now under Borneo Laboratory.
