Arrangements for the 34th Kuching Festival are heating up as ballots are drawn for this year’s culinary offering of more than 300 food stalls for more than three solid weeks of Kuching gastronomy from 28 July to 20 August 2023. More than a million visitors passed through the gates last year and this year looks set to be bigger and better as the creative food communities of Kuching gather for the granddaddy of food festivals. Mark your calendar for UCCN Kuching’s culinary showcase of Sarawak’s own rising stars – Achang Libat, Ezi Firhan and Adrian Lim – collaborating on a chef’s table with other Kuching talents, alongside creative cities from around the region.
